What is 1-800-DOG POOP?
1-800-DOG POOP pet waste management was founded in 2002. We specialize in the clean up and removal of canine waste accumulation in residential and commercial properities.
How often is my service?
Service is once a week. The same day every week, just like your garbage route. Your service day varies by zip code. Please contact us by phone for your neighborhoods cleanup day.
How is my property cleaned?
Your uniformed waste tech will visit your property and remove all canine waste from your lawn. Your yard will be scanned and scooped cleaned with our industry leading equipment. We pick it up right where your dog leaves it. Simply let your dog out, we'll take care of the rest.
Do I need to be home during service?
No. Most of our customers are not home during service. We can even work with your dogs in the yard as long as they are friendly. Upon account signup we will gather necessary information regarding your property such as, which way to enter property, fence or no fence, your dogs primary waste location, and more.
In Bad Weather, is service canceled?
No. We provided service in rain and snow. When snow has covered some of the waste it is still necessary to get what we can to avoid an accumulation upon the snow melt. Service may be canceled during a level 2 or higher snow emergency.
What is my account number?
We like to keep it simple so your account number is the primary phone number associated with your account. you can also find this in the upper left of your weekly service receipts.
Can I put my service on hold for vacation?
Yes. Give us a call and we will take your property off the neighborhood route for your vacation. We will also adjust your account billing accordingly.
Will 1-800-DOG POOP take my dogs' waste away?
Yes. After cleaning your lawn your waste tech will haul your dogs' waste away and dispose safely. You and your family will never come in contact with those germs.
How am I billed?
All accounts are auto billed on the 1st of the month. Your debit / credit card is billed the same amount every month, even in months when you receive five visits. We do not send paper invoices.
Are there any contracts to sign?
No. You can cancel service at any time. We do not require a contract for service.
